Description
The Herschel iQ MD2 Wired Thermostat is ideal for new builds/renovations where cables can be neatly hidden for both domestic or commercial applications. The MD2 wired thermostat is WiFi-enabled through the SmartLife App, so the MD2 can be controlled remotely when you are away from the building.
This 16 amp thermostat can control up to 3.6kW of Heaters.

The MD2 thermostat turns on if your room is below the desired temperature and turns your Herschel heaters off once the set temperature is reached.
This thermostat is easy to operate and features a large digital touchscreen display. It incorporates the latest EcoDesign energy-saving features including Herschel’s open window technology.
MD2 has a keypad locking feature to prevent unauthorised tampering. This makes it suitable for commercial applications such as hotels, care homes, student accommodation and let properties.

Herschel Infrared heaters with the iQ MD1 are fully compliant with EC Directive 2009/125/EC for Ecodesign of local space heaters.
Note: Herschel iQ controls will only work with Herschel heaters. *Attempted use with any other heater brand will invalidate the warranty.
