Description

The Herschel Colorado 2.5kW warm glow patio heater with integrated remote control has a sleek design and black aluminium powder-coated finish. Area heated 7 – 12 square meters depending on location ( Outside 7 sqm / Inside 12 sqm ). This is a versatile heater suitable for a wide range of applications with a high output (2.5kW)  plus the benefit of remote control operation with 4 power levels. Power levels are 25% , 50%, 75%, 100% which allows users to carefully control the heated environment to ensure maximum comfort and be efficient.

Suitable for indoor and outdoor locations where airflow is low or manageable. Ideal for both domestic and commercial markets, the Herschel Colorado is an excellent solution for weather protected outdoor restaurants, bar terraces and patio areas. Particularly useful in large indoor environments such as sports hall, church & community buildings which are seeking a stylish, effective heating solution for their space.

The ultra-long life Carbon lamp emits a warm orange glow, avoiding the glare produced by most quartz halogen heaters available.

Colorado’s IP55 high protection rating means it can be mounted outdoors and exposed to occasional rainfall. It can be both wall or ceiling mounted, or alternatively fixed on a stand (see options). The freestanding Herschel Colorado on the optional stand can used as a temporary heater exactly where and when needed. With a warm-up time of just 5-10 seconds, the ultra-long life carbon heating lamp has a bulb life of 10,000 hours and quickly produces an effective feeling of comfortable warmth.

For extra precision and heating control, the remote control version provides 4 power settings (100%; 75%; 50%; 25%) with timer control for up to 9 hours. The heater is fitted with a 13amp plug and ready for operation.

Herschel Colorado offers great flexibility and enables you to maintain comfort levels even if the temperature changes around you. As advised with all far-infrared heaters in exposed areas with air movement and wind, the infrared spread may reduce by 1/3 to 1/2. In these areas, we recommend mounting at the lowest height and proportionally increasing the number of heaters. Always refer to the installation manual and adhere to the minimum distances advised
